Project Planning

Our Project Management Team communicates with you and other parties of the project about planning support, means of transport, route evaluation, delivering site checking, comparison of different transport plans and risk evaluation, based on which we carefully organize the entire operational and technical plans (e.g. loading plans, packing plans, etc.), confirm emergency plans and measures, and make project budgets.

We manage the entire logistic process, providing adequate materials and necessary means of transport at the appropriate time and places, in order to control the timetable of the whole projects. Focusing mainly on railway and auto transportation, City Union offers one-stop door-to-door service in loading, custom declaration and railway issues. Our team members inspect and control the whole process of packaging, cargo receiving, loading, unloading, etc.
